We’re not Amazon, and your mug wasn’t chilling in a warehouse for six months. Every item at Chart It Later is made to order — just for you. That means we don’t do returns or exchanges for:

• Picking the wrong size (double check that chart, babe 👕)
• Changing your mind (we totally get it, but we can’t take it back)
• Shipping delays (once it’s out of our hands, it’s up to the delivery gods)

🚨 But If We Messed Up…

If your order arrives:

• 💥 Damaged
• 🖨️ Misprinted
• 🤷 Not what you ordered

Then we’ve got you covered.

📸 What We Need from You:

Email us at hello@owlverde.com within 14 days of delivery with:

• A photo of the issue
• Your order number
• A short message (kindness appreciated, sass optional)

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days and offer a replacement or refund if it qualifies. We’re a small biz, not bots — so we appreciate your understanding.
